 My iPod had this horizontal scratch on the screen ,it was actually on the plastic covering it came with. Seeing a friend buy a scratchguard for his PDA (Albiet seeing the similar horror he went through) I thought of buying one for my iPod too. So bought this scratchguard happily thinking it will be end of that annoying scratch.

First of all applying this thing is a big task ,there are 2 layers you need to peel off before you get to the real thing. Your place “somehow” needs to be dust free cause the moment the actual layer comes out ,all the world comes sticks its face right into the scratchguard. End Result look at the pictures.

Year 1999 was the last time I read an novel ,the school library was well stocked up with my favorite genre “Fiction - Mysteries”.I had gone through Hardy Boys to Famous Five ,even secretly read a Nancy Drew.

Traveling in the trains these days (I’ve rarely traveled in trains all my life ,school,college was walk able distance) ,saw quite a few people reading novels . Rather a “novel” idea IMO ,way better than listening to corporate pot pouri and stock exchange theories and also add random staring at random faces.

Seagate Confirms ‘Phase Out’ of PATA Disk Drives By Brian Fonseca

Due to the waning popularity of Parallel Advanced Technology Attachment (PATA) technology in favor of the newer and speedier Serial ATA-based disk drives, Seagate LLC has acknowledged plans to stop building the older products.

According to a spokesman from Scotts Valley, California-based Seagate, the company plans to continue to offer PATA drives, often referred to as integrated device electronics (IDE) drives, until late this year or early next year.

Heroes-TV.com has reported that the actress will appear in 8 episodes of the upcoming series of the NBC show about superhuman beings. The science fiction drama television series, created by Tim Kring, premiered on NBC on September 25, 2006 and tells the story of several people who “thought they were like everyone else… until they woke with incredible abilities” such as telepathy, time travel and flight. These people soon realize they have a role in preventing a catastrophe and saving mankind.

The series follows the writing style of American comics with short, multi-episode story arcs that build upon a larger, more encompassing arc and has actors of the caliber of Jack Coleman, Ali Larter and Hayden Leslie Panettiere. It’s been said that Ash will play the role of Dr. Mohinder Suresh’s elder sister Shanti Suresh, and will have a super-power of her own, something which has not yet been disclosed.

Today, Last.fm was acquired by CBS, a company who had the first commercial radio station in the US, ran a record label (CBS Records), and amongst other things are responsible for several respected TV series (CBS on Wikipedia).The team here have spent a lot of time this year discussing what the future should hold for Last.fm, and while contemplating raising some additional venture capital we were approached by CBS. As you can imagine, we have been approached numerous times in the past few years from all the usual suspects regarding acquisitions and so on; CBS are one of the few companies who needed no explanation of what we are doing, and we were impressed at how progressive their plans are. This deal with CBS gives us a chance to really make Last.fm shine, and gives us more flexibility than other funding options would for doing all the crazy stuff we’re had scribbled on whiteboards for years.
