Youtube needs now mention, these days you say “Did you watch that video on Youtube?” rather than “Did you watch that video on TV?”. Youtube is pretty much on everyones mind when it comes to watching videos online.
From the company that gave the search engine that is untouched by any until now, comes Youtube that is Google and Google has always been on the forefront when it came to online world innovations. In India before IMAX hit us you might fondly remember Chhota Chetan 3D the 1st Indian 3D movie. Well Youtube now brings 3D right to your Desktop with Youtube 3D.
Youtube 3D is not a separate site but a special flash player that will let users mark their videos 3D by simply tagging a video with “yt3d:enable=true” which also enable additional options that lets you watch a video in different 3D modes i.e Anaglyphs, Parallel, Cross eyed, Mirror etc.

Gmail now is available in Indian Languages, languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
To Quote Gmails Blog ….
When you click the Indian languages icon, you can type words the way they sound in English and Gmail will automatically convert the word to its Indian local language equivalent. For example, if a Hindi speaker types “namaste” we will transliterate this to “नमस्ते.” Similarly, “vanakkam” in Tamil will become “வணக்கம்.” We currently support five Indian languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam — and you can select the language of your choice from the drop-down list next to the icon.

To enable these options go to Settings click Show all language options under the General Tab, click on Enable Transliteration, selecting the default language click on save changes at the bottom and you are done. Do the same procedure to disable the transalation since after enabling these options any mails you sent will be trasalated to the one you selected.

by Richard Jones , Last.fm Blog
Today, Last.fm was acquired by CBS, a company who had the first commercial radio station in the US, ran a record label (CBS Records), and amongst other things are responsible for several respected TV series (CBS on Wikipedia). The team here have spent a lot of time this year discussing what the future should hold for Last.fm, and while contemplating raising some additional venture capital we were approached by CBS. As you can imagine, we have been approached numerous times in the past few years from all the usual suspects regarding acquisitions and so on; CBS are one of the few companies who needed no explanation of what we are doing, and we were impressed at how progressive their plans are. This deal with CBS gives us a chance to really make Last.fm shine, and gives us more flexibility than other funding options would for doing all the crazy stuff we’re had scribbled on whiteboards for years.
