Apple releases information on new iPhone 3GS
Apple today at the WWDC 2009 released information on the new iPhone called the iPhone 3GS.
The new iPhone 3GS features are as here under -
Camera – 3 MegaPixel, autofocus, Video Recording capabalities. Photos and Videos can be emailed or sent via MMS or uploaded to YouTube or sent via MobileMe.
Connectivity - Supports the 7.2 Mbps HSDPA standard.
Graphics – Supports OpenGL|ES.
Design – Same as before but now available in 2 colors, Black and White.

Call anybody by taking their names
Check what is playing by simply saying “Whats playing now”
- Built in compass, magnetometer is also integrated in the new Maps app.

- Find My iPhone via MobileME track your stolen iPhone, locate it on Maps app and remotely wipe out personal data.
Battery Life – Increased battery life over previous models.
Price and Availability –
$199 for 16GB version.
$299 for 32GB version.
Older Version iPhone 3g still available at $99 8gb.
Available June 19th, in India August 2009.

I’ve been with fido not long after they became.
I’ve had several cell phones through Fido and always
paid bills on time and kept my agreements.
Why can’t I order the 3Gs iPhone as a customer in good standing?
My iPhone 3G fell 3 times and screen is cracked.
iPhone still works fine though I noticed slower and bar is down and I signed 3 yr agreement.
Cost of new screen is $225 plus(?) for touch screen.
I won’t wait until 3 yrs for new iPhone is 2011(?) for new contract? That’s what Fido tells me.
I paid full price for this iPhone 3 yr agreement and I deserve the new version.
I also understand battery can’t be replaced.
If I can’t still order the new phone, I’m contacting media and why should new customers get the better deal ?
If this is true I want to know why! Please and thank U!
